About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and the text-message and email programs described below. The website belongs to Containers Delivered, 5567 Elk Horn Rd, Woodlawn, VA 24381. By using the site or opting into our messages you agree to these terms, which are written in plain language on purpose. They do not replace the written sales or rental agreement you sign when you buy or rent a container; if these terms and a signed agreement ever conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Using this site
The site exists to describe what we sell and rent and to make it easy to reach us. Use it normally: browse, read, compare, and contact us. Do not attempt to break it, overload it, scrape it wholesale, spam our forms or chat, or use it for anything unlawful.
Quotes and prices
Prices on this site are our published starting points for common containers and services. Your price is the one we confirm in your written quote, which accounts for the container you choose, your delivery location and any modifications. Availability changes daily, so please confirm timing with us before you plan around a delivery date.
Text messaging program terms
When you tick a text-message box on one of our forms, you opt into text messages from Containers Delivered, (276) 237-6144, sales@containersdelivered.com. These terms apply to that program.
- What you will receive. If you ticked "text me about my request": quote details, delivery scheduling and follow-up on the request you sent. If you ticked "also text me occasional offers": marketing messages such as our monthly special. You only receive the kind of message you opted into.
- Message frequency varies with your request; offers are occasional.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You may receive one text confirming your opt-out, then nothing further unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by calling or emailing us.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, call (276) 237-6144, or email sales@containersdelivered.com.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. Both boxes are optional, and you can get a quote, buy or rent without texting.
- Your privacy. How we handle your phone number and consent records is covered in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Email program
We reply to quote requests by email. If you sign up for a special, we email you about that special until it ends or you unsubscribe. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and replying with the word unsubscribe works too.
Our content
The text, photos and design of this site belong to Containers Delivered or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.
Outside links
This site may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranty, limited liability
This website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be current, error free, or online. To the fullest extent the law allows, Containers Delivered is not liable for damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes
